Customer Service & Administration Officer
Full-time | On-site role | South Nowra, NSW
We are a well-established, family-owned foodservice business supplying restaurants, cafés, hospitality venues and grocery stores across the region. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our friendly, office-based team in South Nowra.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

About the Role
Reporting to the office manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Taking customer orders via phone and email
* Providing professional customer support and resolving order or delivery issues
* High-volume data entry and invoice processing
* Account collections and credit-related administration
* Invoice entry, credits and general back-end administration
* Liaising with warehouse staff, drivers and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate customer and account records

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in customer service and administration
* A strong phone manner and clear, professional communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to manage high-volume orders and competing priorities
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* A team-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in foodservice, wholesale or hospitality supply environments will be highly regarded.
