About the Role
The Project Support Officer will be a key member of our team, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide administrative support for various initiatives. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain document management systems, filing, and tracking of project records through SharePoint web management or other system Applications.
* Coordinate administrative activities, including human resource management, finance, procurement, and logistics management to assist in the end-to-end process for project deliverables.
* Assist with project tasks including monitoring, status updates, maintaining logs, planning and communications to resolve issues and deliver practical solutions.
* Provide secretariat support to committees, working groups, and forums by preparing agendas, recording and circulation of meeting minutes and follow-up on actions, decisions and outcomes.
* Liaise and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in relation to various projects and initiatives to ensure consideration of issues and delivery of positive outcomes.
