About the Role
This permanent, full-time role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the Corvus PMO.
You'll manage the Transfer of Technology (TOT) from an overseas manufacturer and lead subsequent phases through to production delivery.
The position requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complex Defence requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates
Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
Ensure compliance with CTS quality management systems and OH&S standards
Prepare customer reports and maintain accurate documentation
Adapt to changes in scope and ensure integration into project plans
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Proven project management experience (minimum 5 years)
Exposure to ASDEFCON frameworks and Defence contracting requirements
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Defence project requirements
Australian citizenship (eligible for Defence clearance)
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
Relevant project management certifications
Experience with ERP systems (QAD preferred)
Familiarity with Defence industry standards and compliance
