I’m partnering with a leading interior design studio to recruit a Lead Interior Designer to oversee a talented team and drive delivery of innovative hospitality projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
The Role
As Lead Interior Designer, you will:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Interior Designers and Interior Designers.
- Lead concept design through to completion across high-end hospitality projects.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring design intent is maintained while meeting budgets and deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the studio’s design direction and uphold their reputation for excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of hospitality projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring design teams.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
- Strong technical ability with Revit and Adobe Suite.
- A balance of creative vision and practical delivery skills.
