Job Summary

You will assist in various painting projects, both residential and commercial, and contribute to creating beautiful spaces for our clients. Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and applying primers.
* Learn proper painting techniques, including brushwork, rolling, and cutting.
* Mix paints and match colors accurately.
* Apply paints, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Perform minor repairs and patching on walls and surfaces as needed.
* Help with cleanup and maintenance of painting tools and equipment.
* Contribute to a safe and organized work setting.
Requirements
* Passion for painting and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
* Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting and work at heights.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Experience: Painter: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
