Senior Associate / Associate Director (Corporate Banking) | Bank of China Sydney
Bank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Senior Associate / Associate Director (Corporate Banking) to join the Sydney Office.
This is a Two Years Maximum Term contract role, subject to review for an on-going position after contract period.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, provide comprehensive and quality bank services and products to customers
* Manage and grow the portfolio of existing customers
* Assess customers' credit profile and prepare credit proposal (new application / annual review etc)
* Execute credit or advisory transactions under Director's supervision
* Implement post-lending management: timely report customers' credit profile change and adjust lending strategies accordingly
* Liaise with internal departments and HO to ensure the Bank's services are provided and delivered
* Credit analysis of new deals and existing deals including technical, market, legal and related due diligence, and financial modelling
* Provide advice and suggestions that may improve business performance
To be considered, possessing following skills and experience are essential:
* 4-6 years' experience in banking industry, corporate / institutional banking or similar
* Tertiary education in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
* Strong knowledge in project finance, corporate lending, or corporate financial advisory preferred
* Good knowledge of market information and related regulatory requirement
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writing skills in English and Mandarin
