About the Role:

As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks related to events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices for freight, warehouse goods, and stock availability
* Manage freight bookings for customers
* Handle consignment stock reconciliations
* Manage monthly and quarterly rebate reconciliations
* Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks related to events
* Distribute reports to the sales team
* Handle inbound calls, including orders, invoice questions, and general inquiries
