We are seeking an experienced Reliability Officer for a six-month temporary assignment to support plant operations through robust asset management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role The purpose of this role is to: Develop, implement, and manage effective asset management strategies Minimise equipment downtime and enhance asset performance Increase reliability and optimise whole-of-life costs Drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and reliability processes Key Responsibilities Analyse asset data and develop maintenance strategies (RCM, CBM, FMEA) Support compliance with QA/QC programs and audit requirements Utilise ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle) for maintenance planning and asset structure management Perform data analysis and visualisation using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Weibull analysis, and reliability modelling software Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Australian and international standards (e.g., ISO *****) Qualifications Experience Degree in Engineering or Asset Management within Chemical or Oil Gas industries Reliability/Asset Management certification (e.g., RCM, FMECA, CMRP, ISO *****-based training) Proven experience in asset data management, maintenance planning, or reliability engineering within a complex environment Strong understanding of ERP systems and maintenance data architecture Familiarity with QA/QC program implementation and compliance audits Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking capabilities Values-driven, outcome-focused, and customer-centric Why Join This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on operational performance and reliability.
