We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Professional to join our team as a Cook.

Culinary Responsibilities
* Prepare, season, cook and present food of high quality in a variety of dining and catering settings.
* Inspect food to ensure it meets the highest standards of freshness and quality.
* Maintain accurate temperature control of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment.
* Store food in temperature-controlled facilities and adhere to strict food safety protocols.
* Portion food accurately, plate dishes attractively and garnish with flair.
* Promote workplace health and safety, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and food preparation areas.
* Develop and prepare menus in collaboration with Chefs and Supervisors.
* Evaluate food requirements and manage inventory effectively.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is preferred.
* A minimum of 1 year experience as a Cook is essential.

* Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
