Ray White Broome, Derby & Port Hedland is seeking an experienced and dynamicOffice Managerto oversee the day-to-day operations ofthree businesses across four offices.
Based in Broome and reporting directly to theManaging Director and Board, this is a key leadership position responsible for driving growth, upholding company culture, and ensuring the smooth, professional running of our offices in Perth (Subiaco), Broome, Derby, and Port Hedland.
This role is about more than operational oversight – it's aboutstrategic leadership, building high-performing teams, and continually improving systems, culture, and results.
You'll be supported daily by the Managing Director and monthly by our High Performance Business Coach, while leading a team ofOffice Supervisors and Team Leadersacross Property Management, Sales, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee theday-to-day operationsacross all 4 offices, ensuring seamless coordination between Property Management, Sales, and Administration departments.
Lead, mentor and support Team Leaders and Office Supervisors, providing weekly one-on-one sessions and action plans.
Drivedepartmental growthin line with company KPIs and Performance Targets.
Maintain and strengthen company culture, ensuring team rules and values are upheld.
Manage HR functions across the business, including recruitment, staff development, training, and performance management.
Implement, monitor, and improve business systems, processes, and policies.
Oversee marketing strategy across multiple channels (social, digital, print, sponsorships, TV & radio).
Analyse data and present regular performance and market reports to the Board.
Support the adoption of new technologies, software upgrades, and IT systems.
Handle escalated operational issues and make daily business decisions that protect brand and performance outcomes.
Partner with the Managing Director on business development initiatives and long-term growth strategies.
About You
We are looking for aproactive, strategic, and people-focused leaderwith proven experience in multi-office or multi-department management.
You will have a strong business mindset, but also the ability to mentor, support, and grow staff at every level of the organisation.
You'll bring:
Extensive management and leadership experience (real estate industry experience highly regarded).
Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to drive growth, achieve KPIs, and deliver results.
A passion for developing people, with the ability to mentor through Office Supervisors and Team Leaders.
Confidence with systems, processes, and technology adoption.
A positive, adaptable, and forward-thinking mindset.
