Cafe Valetta
We are a busy family owned and operated Cafe looking for an expereinced Chef to join our kitchen team. This position would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role in providing delicious & well presented meals.
We're seeking a Chef with the following qualities:
* Minimum Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery
* A minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
* A passion for creating consistent, delicious and well-presented dishes
* Very good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with front of house staff
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulation
