We are seeking a skilled IT professional to oversee the maintenance and support of our technology infrastructure.
This role requires providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance for all IT systems and infrastructure across multiple sites. Key duties include supervising and developing technical support staff, managing and maintaining IT systems, responding to and resolving technical issues promptly, implementing upgrades and troubleshooting software and hardware as needed.
Required skills and qualifications include at least 5 years' experience in IT Support, application support or systems administration with relevant Team Lead experience. Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft certifications (Azure, MS Windows, Office 365) are also required. Experience working with hospitality technology systems, cloud-based SaaS applications and Microsoft Office products is essential.
