Lee Civil Pty Ltd is a growing civil construction company delivering pipeline and infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. We specialise in water and sewer pipeline installation and pride ourselves on quality workmanship, strong teamwork, and a genuine commitment to safety.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering major pipeline infrastructure projects.
About the Role
As a Site Engineer, you will support project delivery across multiple pipeline construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers and site crews, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and coordinating daily project activities
* Managing RFIs, ITPs, inspections, and quality documentation
* Assisting with procurement of materials, plant, and equipment
* Monitoring project costs and assisting with progress and budget reportingConducting site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
* Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
* Supporting HSEQ initiatives and maintaining strong safety practices onsite
Experience with engineering surveying and machine control systems will be highly regarded, including:
* Managing machine control models for accurate excavation and pipe installation
* Setting out trench alignments, pipe grades, and infrastructure locations
* Conducting as-built surveys of installed pipelines and structures
* Locating and monitoring underground services to prevent clashes during excavation
What We're Looking For
* Degreein Civil Engineering or related discipline
* 4+ years experiencein civil construction
* Strong ability to interpret civil and structural drawings
* Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
Experience in pipeline or utilities constructionwill be highly regarded.
