Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in the electrical industry? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor delivering electrical repair, upgrade, and engineered solutions across commercial and industrial clients throughout Melbourne.
This position focuses on developing new business opportunities while also strengthening relationships with existing clients. Working closely with internal engineering and operational teams, you will help identify electrical improvement opportunities and provide practical solutions that enhance reliability, performance, and safety across client facilities.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with clients, identifying technical opportunities, and developing projects from initial concept through to delivery.
The Role:
* Identify opportunities for electrical repairs, upgrades, and system improvements within client facilities
* Review electrical systems, equipment, and drawings to identify potential improvement works
* Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and solution recommendations
* Present proposals to clients and support the negotiation of project agreements
* Work collaboratively with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver solutions
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the electrical industry within a customer-facing or commercial role
* Electrical, engineering, communications, or trade-based background
* Experience developing business opportunities and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for client meetings
