About The Role
Are you a strategic finance transformation leader with a passion for driving change and delivering commercial impact?
CSR are seeking an experienced Transformation Finance Manager based in North Ryde to strengthen reporting, controls, and governance across the organisation.
In this critical role, you will be accountable for developing, implementing, and monitoring robust financial controls, systems and reporting frameworks to ensure alignment with and achievement of strategic organisational goals. You will lead improvements in financial governance, enhance reporting capability, and embed strong control practices across group finance, transformation and operational initiatives.
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide high-level financial oversight, ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Key finance lead in system implementations that impact finance – requirements, process mapping, support testing, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring successful deployment for finance.
* Provide high standard of finance support and partnering to the Transformation program leaders and broader Transformation team.
* Work closely with the Head of Internal Audit to implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls arising from reviews.
* Partner with the IT and Data Analytics teams to enhance the internal reporting framework.
* Collaborate effectively with business unit finance to implement change in a practical and sustainable way.
* Define and track measurable financial and operational benefits across Transformation projects.
* Influence and engage stakeholders across all levels, including Senior Executives.
* Champion simplification and continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.
What You'll Bring
* CA or CPA qualified.
* 10+ years in senior finance roles, ideally with experience in transformation or finance change programs
* Strategic thinker with a hands‐on approach and strong attention to detail
* Prior experience with SAP ERP systems essential
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
* Skilled in cross‐functional collaboration, negotiation, and influencing
* Innovative mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions
