About The Role
CSR is seeking an experienced
Finance Manager
to partner with our Woven Image, Martini and Himmel teams across
Brookvale, Ingleburn, Villawood
and
Blacktown
. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver commercial insights, operational reporting and strong financial governance to support decision‑making and drive performance across the business.
You'll lead the development of financial controls, systems and reporting frameworks that meet evolving business needs, while contributing to short–medium term strategic planning and supporting the delivery of financial targets.
This role is highly collaborative, working closely with manufacturing and operational stakeholders to drive business growth, cost‑saving initiatives, enable strategic choices and strengthen cross‑functional partnerships. You will also lead and mentor two direct reports, ensuring their ongoing development and alignment to team goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with sales, logistics and operations leaders to support decision‑making and deliver on business strategy.
* Develop business cases to drive business strategy, including for international business growth.
* Provide clear monthly reporting & performance insights, identifying opportunities and recommending actions.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting and month‑end processes, ensuring accuracy, strong financial controls across international jurisdictions and delivery of corporate reporting requirements.
* Review business performance, highlight gaps, and support improvement initiatives across teams and sites.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure informed, commercially sound decisions across sales, marketing, manufacturing and supply.
* Maintain and update pricing frameworks and annual costings, ensuring alignment with strategy and accurate SAP standards.
* Oversee governance, risk management and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
* Support working capital, capex evaluation, and continuous improvement to streamline systems and processes.
What You Bring To The Role
* CA or CPA qualified
* 5 years plus of relevant leadership experience.
* Excellent communication, ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* SAP / Microsoft systems knowledge (preferred)
* Manufacturing, building and construction industry experience (preferred).
* Collaborative and solutions focused behavioural style.
* Thinks creatively, manages risks and takes an analytical approach
