About the role:
Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving change and delivering commercial impact?
CSR are seeking an experienced Finance Manager based in North Ryde to support our Transformation programs, providing high-level financial guidance and partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
In this critical role, you'll lead financial planning and analysis for major transformation initiatives, manage investment business cases, and ensure finance requirements are embedded in system implementations. You'll be a trusted advisor to program leaders, delivering actionable insights and driving continuous improvement across finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-standard financial support and business partnering to transformation program leaders and teams.
* Lead the framework and process for business case development and investment analysis.
* Act as the key finance lead in system implementations, ensuring finance requirements are captured and successfully deployed.
* Deliver timely, concise reporting and insights to business partners, leadership teams, and steering committees.
* Track program benefits and report on financial risks and opportunities.
* Influence and engage stakeholders across all levels, including Senior Executives.
* Champion simplification and continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.
What You'll Bring:
* CA or CPA qualified.
* 10+ years in senior finance roles, ideally with experience in transformation or change program finance.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
* Prior experience with SAP ERP systems essential
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and identify opportunities.
* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and influencing.
* Innovative mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
