Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Handling function enquiries from first contact to post-event wrap-up
* Coordinating bookings, menus, floorplans, invoices, seating, and run sheets
* Working cross-functionally to ensure seamless, polished event execution
* Collaborating with sales, marketing, and sponsorship teams on standout club events
* Managing the event flow on the day—solving issues before they become problems
* Liaising with chefs, beverage teams, and suppliers to create tailored experiences
* Supporting the Executive Manager with budgets, quotes, and supplier coordination
What You'll Bring to the Role:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar events or functions role
* Proven background in conferences, gala dinners, tradeshows, or venue-based events
* Confidence handling high-value and VIP clients with grace and professionalism
* A calm, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a well-presented, client-ready presence
* A true team player who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every project
