This position focuses on delivering exceptional results by providing clean and well-maintained stores. The successful candidate will oversee trolley management, cleaning services, and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
About You:
* Proven leadership ability with strong coaching and development skills for team members
* Safe completion of tasks such as operating floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and moving heavy items up to 16kg
* Maintenance of safety protocols for team members and customers
* Excellent communication, time management, and task prioritisation skills
