Job Description
Some Key Responsibilities and Tasks Include:
* Coordinate design documentation received during the tender phase.
* Coordinate outstanding authority approvals and construction certificates.
* Design administration of the project objectives to ensure the Clients Principal Project requirements.
* Liaise with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, consultants, trade contractors and senior management as required.
* Report to management on a regular basis and advise of any current or potential issues.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be considered:
* Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering,Building or similar
* Minimum 5 years industry experience
* A sound knowledge of building and construction practices
* Ability to work in a team
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate at all levels
