In this role you will
Organise meetings, including preparing agendas, supporting documentation, room bookings, and invitations.
Sort, record, and deliver incoming mail; ensure outgoing mail is processed daily.
Maintain the archiving system, including file retrieval and destruction as required.
Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, maintaining registers, and reception tasks.
Answer telephones and manage voicemail messages.
Handle office deliveries as needed.
Process new client applications.
Assist with data entry, including bank reconciliations and transaction recording.
About you
You are an organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
With a friendly and professional approach, you're confident managing multiple tasks, from coordinating meetings to handling data entry.
