About Our Organization
The Northern Territory Department of Education and Training supports over 34,000 students across 153 government schools in the NT. Our communities are rich in diversity, with 14,000+ Aboriginal students and nearly half of all students speaking a language other than English.

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
* Create inclusive classrooms that promote student wellbeing and learning.
* Use effective behaviour management strategies and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Assess, track, and report on student progress.
* Engage with families and communities as part of your teaching practice.

Requirements
* Registered or eligible for registration with the Teacher Registration Board NT.
* Able to obtain a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).
* If you completed your teacher education after July 2016: proof of LANTITE test completion required.
