* Run end to end payroll for around 700 employees
* Maintain payroll systems (Aurion + Tanda), ensuring data is correct and up to date
* Complete regular checks and reconciliations to keep payroll accurate and compliant with legislation
* Prepare payroll reports for Finance and leadership teams
* Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to contracts or duties, and terminations
* Provide clear advice on pay, leave, entitlements, and agreement interpretations
* Improve payroll processes, contributing to system enhancements, automation, and best‐practice operations

A successful Senior Payroll Coordinator should have:
* Extensive end‐to‐end payroll experience in a large organisation.
* Aurion experience is essential, with strong capability in HRIS/payroll systems
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to communicate confidently and build effective relationships
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to service excellence
* A Working With Childrens Check is also required for this role
