Punch Lane Wine Bar is seeking a CDP with a minimum of 2 years experience as a commis chef or CDP to join our team under the guidance of our Executive Chef Nuno Gabriel. The ideal candidate will have the skills and passion to work with an iconic Melbourne restaurant that is renowned for its food and wine offer. You must have experience in working on both the pans/sauce and grill sections with a training background in European cuisine and a knowledge of seasonal ingredients. The candidate must be available weekends and evenings. Must be available to work 5 evenings including weekends. Immediate start for the right candidate.
