**The Company**:
RISsafety is the leading Australian owned company in the height safety, height access and fall protection industry with an Australia wide network of branches. RIS also design, manufacture and install safety access systems, and provides comprehensive audits and certifications of installed systems across many industries.

Due to continued growth RISsafety now seeks to strengthen our team through appointing highly motivated Administration staff into specific roles.

**The Role**:

- Support and advise on contractual issues reporting to the Service Delivery Manager
- Ensuring customer contractual information is received in good time to be reviewed, commented upon and returned once order has been booked
- Negotiate and resolve contractual disputes (clients and workers)
- Support credit control team with credit issues arising from contractual issues
- Administration of online portals
- Proficient and accurate use of Arrow invoicing system
- Checking all tasks that technicians have completed for accuracy
- Validation of all data from technicians
- Day to day reporting and documentation provision to the Service Delivery Manager as requested
- On occasions where work load is high or low in other roles it is expected that all employees of our business will collectively work together to minimise work loads of others
- Act in your role as directed by the Client Information and Recertification Manager
- Any other reasonable directions

**Qualification & Experience Required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred;
- 2 years contract administration experience would be of advantage, but not essential;
- Excellent literacy and numeracy;
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Computing skills - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Experience in Arrow Accounting Software, Nearmap and Bluebeam preferred;
- Strong organisational ability;
- Strong customer focus - good telephone manner, with the ability to maintain the company's can-do, user friendly reputation;
- Ability to work under pressure from time to time;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Attention to detail
