Employee Experience Specialist
At our airport, we're looking for a skilled Employee Experience Specialist to lead culture initiatives. As the specialist, you'll be at the heart of our Guest & Ramp Services teams.
With up to 6 direct reports and around 600 incredible airport-based team members under your wing, you'll shape the employee experience, lift the vibe, and help our culture continue to soar.
You'll play a key role in supporting teams who make travel magic happen every day, and walk away knowing you've made a real impact.
As an expert in industrial relations, you'll have a solid understanding of workplace legislation and processes. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

* Strong background working with unions
* Expertise in case management
* Ability to navigate complex HR issues
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Experience leading large teams in fast-paced customer-facing environments
