You will manage the operations of a designated pharmacy area while providing expert medicines information, therapeutic advice and clinical support to patients, medical staff and multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will exercise a high level of professional judgement and autonomy to support safe, effective and cost conscious medication management practices. Working closely with pharmacists, technicians, assistants and healthcare professionals, you will contribute to service improvement initiatives, optimise quality use of medicines and help ensure pharmacy services are delivered in line with professional standards, hospital policies and best practice care outcomes.
