The Human Resources Branch delivers essential people services across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, WHS, and workforce analytics. They are currently seeking an APS4 Well Being and Performance Administration Officer to join the team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support rehabilitation and performance management casework through effective administration and coordination
* Monitor shared mailboxes, triage incoming correspondence, and allocate enquiries appropriately
* Coordinate referrals and documentation for rehabilitation and fitness for duty assessments
* Maintain accurate and confidential records aligned with policy and legal frameworks
* Prepare clear and professional correspondence and documentation
* Contribute to data collection and reporting for Senior Executive insights
* Promote a safe, respectful, and ethical work environment aligned with APS Values
We are seeking someone with:
* Experience in administration within HR, injury management, or similar environments
* A strong understanding of confidentiality and privacy in managing sensitive matters
* Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the WHS Act, Public Service Act, and SRC Act
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
* A Baseline security clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required for this role
