About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding mental health specialist position that involves delivering high-quality assessments, treatment, and support to individuals in our community. As a senior mental health professional, you will be working closely with consumers, families, and carers to help them achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessments, engaging meaningfully with consumers and their families, and contributing to the development of care plans that address psychosocial stressors and promote family and cultural inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the impacts of mental health on individuals and communities, and will be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a flexible, proactive approach to their work.
