Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Receive and sign for deliveries, facilitating efficient delivery to residents and minimizing disruptions.
* Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits, ensuring smooth access and compliance with property procedures.
* Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations, promoting a safe and respectful environment for all.
* Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access, maintaining confidentiality and upholding high standards of professionalism.
* Answer and complete resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns in a timely and courteous manner, exceeding expectations and building trust.
