Product Manager for Logistics Operations
In our Sydney office, we have around 30 teams working together to solve complex industry problems. These teams specialize in areas such as Warehousing, Carriers, Customs, E-commerce, International Logistics, and Landside Logistics.
We build software that powers global logistics operations. Our solutions help emerging freight forwarders and established leaders like DHL and FedEx maintain resilient supply chains.
This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in building solutions for the core challenges of the logistics industry. We don't just develop features - we focus on creating products that empower supply chains worldwide.
You will work with our talented software development teams on technical projects, often requiring deep engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering results with real-world impact.

The Responsibilities:
1. Engage deeply with customers and other product teams to gain a thorough understanding of the problem space.
2. Collaborate with our technical experts to design and formulate solutions.
3. Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and align development priorities accordingly.
4. Evaluate whether the end solution meets both customer and company needs.
5. Assist in generating relevant product documentation and responding to customer requests for product enhancements.
