Marketing Your Brand has an opportunity for a talentedSenior Account Manager to join our team on afull-time basis and be the key connection between our clients and creative teams. This is a client-first role where your expertise in strategic marketing, project management, and relationship building will help deliver exceptional results for our clients and our agency. YOUR ROLE

As ourSenior Account Manager, you will:

Translate client visions into tailored strategies, brand identities, campaigns and website projects that deliver results.

Act as the main point of contact, managing client relationships and portfolios to ensure long-term success.

Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring projects exceed expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop and present strategic plans, identifying upsell opportunities to support client growth.

Handle quoting, scoping, briefing and quality assurance processes with clear communication and alignment to goals.

Monitor project progress and manage budgets to ensure seamless delivery.

Lead project execution across digital, print, and social platforms, maintaining high-quality standards.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful brands, websites, and campaigns.

Manage client feedback with professionalism and a solution-driven approach.

Advocate for MYB's brand-first philosophy, ensuring excellence in strategy and outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE
You're an experienced and driven account manager with a passion for building relationships and delivering results. You have:

5+ years experience in account management, marketing, or project management (agency experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign management .

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills .

Must have experience in digital marketing, creative and website production

Keen attention to finer details & up-to-date industry knowledge

The ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Proficiency with general account management tasks (quoting, scoping, briefing & tasking)

Experience working with creative teams to bring ideas to life.

Efficient in working in fast-paced environments, keeping accountable and your budgets on track.

A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to guide clients and teams to success.

Proven track record of growing client accounts and identifying new opportunities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, Meta, and SEO tools is a plus
