We have a part-time opportunity available for a Maintenance/Gardener at our beautiful Currimundi Aged Care Facility.
Your Role
As a Maintenance/Gardener, you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
* Maintain the Facility grounds and building surrounds in a neat, clean, tidy and presentable condition
* Perform gardening duties including mowing of all lawns, ensuring edges and hedges are trimmed appropriately
* Assist with general maintenance of the property, general care and securing of all equipment before leaving the Facility each day
* Perform driving duties of Ozcare vehicles (as required)
* Undertake courier and delivery duties (as required)
* Report on any hazards or security breaches to the Facility Manager

Role Requirements
* Current National Police History Check
* Be vaccinated against Influenza & have at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
* Certificate III or equivalent experience in a related area and/or A trade Qualification in the building industry, e.g. Carpentry/building (desirable).
* Demonstrated experience in stock management
* Demonstrated knowledge and skills in basic administration
* First aid and CPR certificate required within one month of commencement
