An exciting opportunity has occurred for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Carousel, WA!
As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.
Qualifications
* Have a minimum of 1 years retail management experience
* Experience in managing a team of 2 or more
* Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s
* Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities
* Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
* Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
* Have an interest in fashion and trends
* Take pride in your personal style and presentation
* Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster.
