Senior Investment Analyst (UHNW Family Office)
Lee Family Office is a privately held investment group with a diverse portfolio across agriculture, forestry, private credit, real estate, and alternative assets.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to work closely with the CEO, Chief Investment Officer (CIO), and senior leadership team on high-impact investment strategy and execution.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to the full investment lifecycle — origination, modelling, diligence, execution, and portfolio management — across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking ownership, and be motivated by meaningful responsibility and direct access to decision-makers.
You'll also have the opportunity to travel domestically and internationally for site inspections, meetings, and due-diligence work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research and sector analysis across agriculture, forestry, private credit, real estate, and alternative investments.
Build, maintain, and stress-test sophisticated financial models for acquisitions, capital projects, structured lending, and portfolio scenarios.
Produce high-quality investment papers, valuation reports, and recommendations for CEO/CIO review.
Support end-to-end transaction processes: due diligence, term-sheet development, financial analysis, structuring, and completion.
Monitor the performance of existing investments; prepare monthly and quarterly reporting; identify risks, trends, and optimisation opportunities.
Liaise with a broad network of external advisors including legal, valuation, banking, and technical specialists.
Provide analytical and commercial support to subsidiaries and group businesses, including forecasting and project evaluation.
Uphold rigorous financial controls, risk processes, and regulatory compliance.
Contribute proactively to strategic initiatives and special projects led by the CEO and CIO.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or similar; CFA, CA, or CPA highly regarded.
3–7+ years' experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or funds management.
Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capability.
Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
Strong commercial judgement with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines with autonomy.
Professional, discreet, and confident engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Why Join Us
This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic family office where high performance is recognised and your work has direct influence on portfolio decisions and long-term strategy.
You will gain broad asset-class exposure, close mentorship from senior leaders, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the growth of a multi-generational investment group.
