Use your strong stakeholder relationship skills, and passion for continuous improvement to support the Northrop Grumman Australia business as one of our Senior Financial Analysts. In this role you will take ownership of internal stakeholder relationships, driving improvement with your clients, providing updated reporting, forecasting, cash management and workforce planning in a highly autonomous role. You will also have accountability for:
* Leading monthly forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting, providing insightful updates and presentations to senior stakeholders
* Supporting cost allocation, overhead management, and project cost modelling
* Coordination of strategic and annual financial requirements
* Providing guidance to the business as an SME in your field

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Commercial or Project Management)
* Relevant experience in the Defence industry desirable
* CPA or CA qualifications – not essential but beneficial
* Strong negotiation skills, influencing and stakeholder management, planning and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and influencing skills including the ability to conduct meetings and prepare and present concise oral and written reports, briefings, updates and other documentation to internal and external stakeholder
