About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant / Sleep Apnoea Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting patient health and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and triaging clients for diagnostic services and therapy treatments
* Providing face-to-face consultations, education, and advice
* Overseeing counter sales and customer service
* Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate patient records
* Ensuring clinic and consultation areas are kept to an immaculate standard
* Collaborating with pharmacists and allied health professionals to optimise patient care
This position offers part-time or full-time hours, including weekend shifts with penalty rates.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in sleep-related roles (e.g., Sleep/CPAP Technician) OR
* Background in patient-focused retail environments such as pharmacy, optometry, or podiatry clinics
* A professional manner, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others
