What you will do:
* Customer Support: Assist customers in system start-ups and shutdowns over the phone
* Diagnosing faults over the phone – utilising monitoring portals
* Data Analysis: Analyse portal data to identify faults or production issues and prepare detailed reports for customers.
* Booking appointments for technicians and managing their schedules/commitments and mapping efficient runs
* Access Management: Provide and manage access to portals for customers and authorised third parties.
* Energy Provider and Connectivity Support: Identify and address grid voltage reduction issues by liaising with energy providers and Support customers during network provider changes and address faulty connectivity accessories.
* Training and Documentation: assist in creation of process documentation, workflows and How-to guides for customers.
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service experience and skills
* Proficient in MS office and strong general computer literacy
* Technically inclined, with a solid understanding of IT systems and a passion for keeping up to date with relevant products and technology
* Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
* Ability to interpret data and explain it clearly to customers
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
* Ability to manage conflicting tasks, use initiative and work well under pressure,
* Self-motivated with a professional and friendly approach,
* Strong communication skills for dealing with customers, third party manufacturers and colleagues.

* Drivers Licence
* Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment; and
* The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.
