Delivery Driver
About the role
Our Driver's typical day isn't just driving and delivering parts.
They play a key role in our branch teams by building strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in a customer facing role.
Duties include
Coordinate and manage deliveries
Ensure a safe work environment
Safe driving behaviours
Deliver high level customer service
Build strong customer bonds
Safely deliver parts and products to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
Actively promote products and marketing activities when delivering products
Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and customer enquiries
Note– this role will require lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving / machine operation.
Who we're looking for
Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency
Customer service mindset; can build strong customer relationships
Friendly and knowledgeable
Comfort working independently
Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
Conscious of workplace safety always
Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices
Hold a current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
Available Mon – Fri and flexible to work other days if requested
