Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our busy administration team, covering annual and personal leave, diary management, meeting coordination, file management, and contributing to the smooth running of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive administrative support at firm-wide level
* Cover annual and personal leave for the wider administration team
* Cover relief reception as required
* Diary management and meeting coordination with client and key internal and external stakeholders
* File management including opening and closing files and ongoing management of electronic files
* Contribute to the smooth running of the team
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' legal administration experience supporting busy teams and helping to manage competing priorities. They will need to be adaptable and flexible in their role, where they will be required to work across multiple teams. Candidates with administration experience outside of law are also encouraged to apply.
