The Role
As the Front Office Receptionist at Discovery Parks – Broome, you will be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
* Providing a high standard of customer service
* Processing guest check‑ins and check‑outs
* Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supplying guests with information about the property and local area of interest
* Completing day‑to‑day office administration
* Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents and guests
What we look for
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable reservation booking system
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current driver's licence (essential)
