The Position:
We are hiring a Level 2 ICT Helpdesk Technician for our award-winning team.

As a technical specialist, you will support Microsoft environments with RMM & Ticketing systems and have the chance to learn from and mentor others.
Your primary responsibility is providing an exceptional experience when clients seek assistance.
* Remote technical support and problem resolution
* Assisting and managing client projects
* Backup and recovery in products like Veeam and Datto
* Support for diverse platforms and technologies
* Troubleshooting, provisioning, and support of Microsoft Cloud solutions
You will need two years' experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft environments.
