Responsibilities:

* Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
* Answer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
* Assist with reservations and payments
* Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel/resort preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence using computer systems and ability to learn new software
* A professional demeanor and positive, can-do attitude
