Adult Specialist Audiologist Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Specialist Audiologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hearing services to clients of all ages.
About the Role:
* Provide clinical services including assessments, device fitting, rehabilitation, and counselling.
* Maintain high level of clinical skills through regular casework.
* Assess auditory problems of routine and complex clients.
* Be an expert in products/paediatrics or adult specialist case work.
* Monitor and evaluate quality and consistency of clinical services.
* Undertake one-to-one coaching and file reviews to improve clinical capability and business outcomes.
* Assist centre to achieve targets and KPIs across all client groups.
* Participate in promotional activities to engender positive image of the organisation.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Audiology.
* Full and current membership with Audiology Society of Australia.
* OHS Qualified Practitioner.
* Experience in provision of audiological services.
* Demonstrated ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability as agent of change and ability to lead change.
* Demonstrated high level coaching and mentoring skills.
* Ability to travel to multiple sites and interstate.
