A reputable multi-residential builder based in Parramatta is seeking an Estimator to join their high-performing team. Known for delivering high-end residential (Class 2), commercial, aged care and education projects, they offer a stable pipeline of work, a collaborative team culture, and strong long-term growth plans.
The Role
As Estimator, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end tender process across a range of commercial and residential projects valued from $10M to $40M. You’ll collaborate closely with Directors and Project Managers and play a key role in helping secure and shape future projects.
Responsibilities
Manage tenders from initial review through to submission
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing
Conduct detailed take-offs and build cost plans
Prepare tender packages and review project documentation
Work collaboratively with internal teams on D&C; methodology
Contribute to strategy and win themes for key bids
About You
Minimum 3 years of estimating experience for head contractors in building construction
Strong knowledge of the Sydney subcontractor market
Solid understanding of D&C; contracts and tender processes
Excellent communication and attention to detail
