About the Role
As a Youth Mentor, you will proactively engage with job seekers, guiding them towards sustainable employment. Your role involves motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.

Requirements

Your ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a diverse team environment will set you apart. Previous experience in exceptional customer service and administration, coupled with sound computer literacy, will be advantageous.
