You will develop, lead, and execute projects, programs, and initiatives to maximise social, health and commercial outcomes, achieve outperformance, and gain access to the NSW Scheme Innovation Bonus. You will also develop and execute SIRA innovation submissions to deliver interim and final NSW scheme Innovation Bonus approval, drive project success through collaborative stakeholder engagement, manage and resolve project issues and risks, support analysis of opportunities through data and process analysis, maintain relationships with third-party providers, and drive consistent delivery of Allianz's customer-centric culture across Injury Management, Health and Wellbeing within the Long Tail Claims business. Additionally, you will lead and contribute to cross-division collaboration to support the business's vision and strategic direction.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies and programs aligned to the principles of value-based health care that contribute to the annual medical services expense control, customer experience, and medical performance targets.
Develop, lead and execute projects, programs and initiatives to maximise social, health and commercial outcomes, achieve outperformance, and gain access to the NSW Scheme Innovation Bonus.
Develop and execute SIRA innovation submissions and provide appropriate responses to deliver interim and final NSW scheme Innovation Bonus approval.
Drive project success through collaborative leadership of stakeholder engagement and commitment to deliverables within agreed time-frames.
Identify, manage and resolve project issues and risks by working with stakeholders across project teams and the wider business.
Support the analysis of opportunities, including utilisation of tools, data analysis, process analysis and cost-benefit analysis to influence and inform decision making across the project lifecycle.
Manage, develop and maintain effective working relationships with third-party providers where required to support consistent delivery of customer experience and sustainable outcomes while proactively seeking opportunities to improve customer experience.
Drive consistent delivery of Allianz customer-centric culture across Injury Management, Health and Wellbeing within the Long Tail Claims business, in line with the Allianz Customer Experience Principles and strategic scheme imperatives.
Lead and contribute to collaboration and knowledge sharing opportunities cross-divisionally within PI to support leveraging of experiences, resources and initiatives which support the business's vision and strategic direction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated background in successfully leading and delivering strategic projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
Experience in personal injury, disability or health industry, particularly in project management and relationship management capacity.
Knowledge of the insurance and CTP compensation system including NSW scheme innovation bonus guidelines.
Ability to recognise, avert, manage and escalise conflicts to enable effective and timely resolution in accordance with organisational processes.
Demonstrated understanding of strategy development and ability to work with multiple teams and divisions to align department strategy with organisational vision, translating vision to action to achieve desired results.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries and third-party service providers.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends and implement strategic solutions for improvement opportunities where required.
