With their presence in the region growing, we have been tasked to identify and help our client secure a passionate Partner based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

**Purpose of Position**:
To provide strategic, unbiased and objective business advisory services
on projects by delivering high quality and profitable consulting services to new and existing clients.
**To achieve designated sales target by effective business development**
**initiatives. The sales target for Partners in FY23 is US$750,000 per**
**quarter (US$3 million per annum).**
**Key Accountabilities**:
Partners typically lead project teams of 3 to 6 Consultants to identify and implement bespoke solutions for specific client problems, to enable long-term sustainable change to the client's performance and objectives.
The Partner will lead the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding individual team members. The Partner works directly with clients and takes ownership of the overall project and project outcomes. In each project, the Partner will lead the project team to gather and diagnose information, formulate and test hypothesis, design solutions and develop recommendations. The Partner will present those recommended solutions to the client.
- Delivery of business advisory services to consulting engagements aligned with business margin expectations to new and existing clients
- Support Engagement Leads in the scoping and execution of high quality consulting engagements from start to finish
- Prepare solutions and improvements to processes and systems including recommending more efficient and effective operating models
- Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in chosen field and/or prior experience as a Senior Consultant or Practice Lead (or equivalent) in a professional services firm.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of typical consulting team structures, roles, responsibilities, analytical techniques, problem solving frameworks and strategies and communication approaches
- Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, heavy industry/manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
- Ability to encourage and embrace a team culture within project teams, and be "ego-less" in developing solutions
