Tundarri Sales & Service is a growing agricultural machinery dealership focused on delivering dependable parts, service, and support to our customers. We are seeking a Full-Time Parts Interpreter to join our team and play a key role in supporting our workshop and customer base.
About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for agricultural machinery. You will work closely with technicians, sales staff, and customers to ensure efficient turnaround times and a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and supply parts for agricultural machinery
* Assist workshop technicians with parts identification and ordering
* Serve retail and trade customers via counter, phone, and email
* Manage inventory, stock control, and parts ordering
* Process invoices, credits, and warranty-related parts as required
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts department
* Support the service and sales teams to achieve strong customer outcomes
About You
* Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (agricultural, automotive, or machinery preferred)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of parts systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Competent with computer systems and inventory/parts software
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
