We deliver comprehensive injury management and vocational rehabilitation services under WorkCover WA and private health arrangements. Role Description
We are seeking a Contract Injury Management Consultant (IMC) to join our growing team. This role offers flexibility with remote working and travel across the South West region as required.
The IMC will:
- Provide expert consultancy in injury management and return-to-work services
- Conduct workplace assessments (e.g., job task analyses, ergonomic reviews, vocational evaluations)
- Develop tailored return-to-work and rehabilitation plans in line with WorkCover WA guidelines
- Liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate safe, sustainable outcomes
- Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for key stakeholders
- Uphold best practice, evidence-based care while ensuring compassionate and effective client support
Qualifications & Skills
- Current registration with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA (as applicable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to client-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation
- Experience using case management or rehabilitation software (e.g., iinsight)
- Prior experience delivering services under WorkCover WA or workplace rehabilitation frameworks
- Knowledge of South West WA workplaces, industries, and community supports
- A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or a related allied health discipline
