Engage with employers to address skill shortages through cutting-edge recruitment strategies.
Broker work experience to enhance participant skills and assess employer-client alignment.
Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants through adjustments and disability confidence training.
Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
Promote the organization as a trusted provider helping people with disability achieve career goals.
Meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
Champion the organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centered practice.
Essential Criteria:
Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Current Driver's License – essential
