The Role
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM.
* Recommend suitable product solutions and assist with accurate order placement.
* Provide clear product information and support to end users.
* Coordinate product returns with dealers, freight providers, and internal teams.
* Process sales orders, order confirmations, and invoicing.
* Review orders for accuracy, stock availability, and backorders.
* Maintain order automation systems and support warehouse dispatch.
* Complete general admin and reporting as required.
About You
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a phone-based customer service role.
* Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable working with order processing systems.
* Logistics or supply chain experience desirable.
